Setting device address with RMZ790 and
RMZ791 operator units
Synco bus devices with factory-set device address 255 do not transmit process
values. However, these devices can be operated, and the device address can be
set. The address range is 1...253 excluding 150, which is reserved for the
OZW775 central communication unit.
Access to the basic communication settings is via the Password Level (symbol

address" line. The procedure is as follows:

In setting mode, set e.g. Device address=10 by rotating the knob as required.

Press the knob to confirm the setting. An internal test to check for address conflicts
is indicated by the hourglass symbol.

When there are no more basic settings to be modified, the commissioning process
must be terminated (see section 3.2.2).
