14.9 Auto Restart Control


When the power supply is cut off during the operation of air conditioner, the compressor will re-operate within
three to four minutes (there are 10 patterns between 2 minutes 58 seconds and 3 minutes 52 seconds to be
selected randomly) after power supply resumes.

This type of control is not applicable during ON/OFF Timer setting.

This control can be omitted by open the circuit of JP1 at indoor unit printed circuit board.

Note:

If POWER LED is blinking, the possible operation of the unit are Hot Start, during Deice operation, operation
mode judgment, or ON timer sampling.

If Timer LED is blinking, there is an abnormality operation occurs.

14.11 ECO Mode Operation


This operation is use to reduce electrical power consumption by adjusting the set temperature.

ECO operation starts when the ECO button is pressed during cooling or dry operation.

During Cooling/Dry ECO operation, target setting temperature will be adjusted by +2°C. Internal setting
temperature limit shift to maximum 35°C (maximum 33°C + 2°C Economy shift).

During ECO operation, all indicators includes ECO indicator will be dimmed. The brightness level is equivalent to
indicator dim function.

Powerful, Quiet and ECO could not be operated at the same time. The unit will follow the latest setting of these
three operations.

The ECO operation stops when:
1 POWERFUL/QUIET button is pressed.
2 Operation OFF.
3 Received ECO signal from remote control again.
4 Received either Powerful or Quiet operation signal from remote control.

14.12 HA Terminal (HAJEM-A)


Enable digital connection from indoor unit to external devices.

Control items:
1 Start/stop input.
2 Start/stop signal output.

Condition
1 1-2 (Pulse input): Unit ON/OFF condition switching with a pulse signal.
(1 pulse signal: shortage status 200~300msec)
2 3-4 (Static output): 5V output during the unit ON. No output at OFF.
