For tighter curls use smaller sections of hair at a higher heat setting. For looser curls and waves use lower temperatures and wider sections of hair. MAINTENANCE This styler is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance free. If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the styler from the power outlet, allow it to cool, then wipe the exterior surface and the ceramic barrel with a soft damp cloth. - Page 7 WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
