hearing protection, helmet, mask,
gloves, trousers and boots when
using the machine. A fi rst aid box
should always be on hand.

Check that the ceiling is strong
enough. The ceiling should be
solid.
Make sure that the fork grips in
the inner pipe, tighten using 24
mm spanner.

Lock the nut using a 30 mm
spanner.
Check the lock nut on the L-handle.
Tighten until it becomes diffi cult to
turn and so that it can not change
due to vibration when horizontal
drilling.
The drilling machine must be suitable
and designed for the size of drill bit.
Max drill bit diameter 150 mm.

The drilling machine must be
suitable and designed for the size of
drill bit.
The drilling machine must conform
to applicable regulations, EU-
requirements as well as national
requirements.
