Key Label Definition
Ignore Silences an incoming call
Join Connects a conference call. If the
conference host is user A and users B &
C are participants, when A presses
"Join", A will drop off and users B & C
will be connected.
Call Rtn/lcr Returns the last missed call.
Left arrow icon Moves the cursor to the left.
Messages Provides access to voicemail.
Miss Displays the list of missed calls.
New Call Begins a new call.
Option Opens a menu of input options.
Park Puts a call on hold at a designated "park"
number.
PrivHold Puts a call on hold on an active shared
line.
PickUp Allows a user to answer a call ringing
on another extension by entering the
extension number.
Recents Displays the All calls list from call
history.
Redial Displays the redial list.
Resume Resumes a call that is on hold.
Right arrow icon Moves the cursor to the right.
Settings Provides access to "Information and
