Angle gear
Output shaft
Dismantle the ball bearing and the cog-
wheel from the shaft.
Input shaft
Dismantle the circlip and remove the ball
bearing from the shaft.
The circlip inside the gear does not need to be dismantled. The purpose of this circlip is
to prevent the drive shaft from being pushed in too far.
Clean all components and inspect them for wear and damage. Replace damaged com-
ponents.
NOTE!
Both cogwheels should be replaced at the same time, even if only one of them
is damaged.
4. Push the output shaft into the gear
housing.

Output shaft
Dismantle the ball bearing and the cog-
wheel from the shaft. The pulling device is
not required.
Input shaft
Dismantle the circlip and remove the ball
bearing from the shaft.
Assembly
Output shaft
Start putting the bevel gear and the output
shaft together.
1. Place the cogwheel on the shaft.
2. Push the two ball bearings in place.
3. Use a hot air gun to warm the gear
housing to about 140 °C.
4. Skjut in den utgående axeln i växelhu-
set.
Make sure the ball bearings touch bot-
tom in their positions.
If required, use a suitable mandrel, for
example 504 91 28-00.
