Correct use
When the baking tray is manufactured
the enamelling process can give rise to
slight colour differences around the per-
forations. This has no effect on the use
or quality of the product.
The baking tray has a special
PerfectClean finish which has extremely
good anti-stick properties and is very
easy to clean. It is not necessary to
grease the surface or to line it with bak-
ing parchment before baking.
Do not use ceramic knives as these
will scratch the PerfectClean surface.
Freshly made baked goods
Roll the dough out on a flat and even
surface and then place it on the round
perforated baking tray. This will avoid
the dough being pressed down into the
perforations.
Frozen / Ready-made products
Follow the manufacturer's instructions
on the packaging.
