8.2 Standard delivery
See Fig. "Appliance layout".
8.3 Customer service mode
You can enable/disable customer service mode by press-
ing the SERVICE button (1) at the back of the user inter-
face (connection to "set T" must be available). Pressing
the ECO button (INFO button, see chapter User interface)
switches the display to the next menu item.
Scroll through the respective submenu by turning the
temperature selector.
8.3.1 Fault menu
This menu is only shown if there is a fault.

Check the electrical connection to the outlet
sensor. Replace it if required.

Check the electrical connection to the motor-

8.3.2 Control menu
Code
Meaning
C 1, 36.5 °C Display of the current inlet temperature. If the
cold water sensor is faulty, a temperature of
1.0 °C appears.
C 2, 47.5 °C Display of the current outlet temperature. If the
outlet sensor is faulty, a temperature of 65.0 °C
appears.
C 3, 6.8 l/min Display of the current flow rate.
C 4, 21.5 kW Display of the current power consumption.

8.3.4 Anti-scalding protection / Temperature limit

For ON setting - maximum value can be select-
ed at the appliance.
Factory defaults (see chapter "Specification"). After ex-
iting customer service mode, you cannot change the set
maximum temperature via the user interface.
CAUTION Burns
If operating the appliance with preheated water, the
set temperature limit and anti-scalding protection
may be ineffective.
In such cases, limit the temperature at the upstream
central thermostatic valve; see chapter "Special ac-
cessories".
8.4 Installation
The appliance has been prepared at the factory for the
following conditions:
◦ Electrical connection from above; installation on un-
finished walls
◦ Water connection on unfinished walls
The appliance must be fitted vertically, oversink or under-
sink, to a solid wall.
8.5 Installation versions

Installation accessories
Pipe assembly, undersink installation UT 104, connec-
tions: Finished walls, G 3/8, top. Water connections with
12 mm compression fitting.
Universal mounting frame
Mounting frame with electrical wiring. This assembly cre-
ates a gap of 30 mm between the appliance back panel
and the installation wall. This enables the power supply
to be freely routed over unfinished walls behind the ap-
pliance. The appliance depth is increased by 30 mm. The
assembly reduces the protection rating to IP 24 (splash-
proof).
Pipe assembly for offset installation
Universal mounting frame (for technical description, see
Universal mounting frame) and pipe bends for the vertical
offset of the appliance against the water connection by
90 mm downwards.
Pipe assembly for gas water heater
replacement
Universal mounting frame (for technical description, see
Universal mounting frame) and pipe bends for installation
using existing gas water heater connections (cold water
connection on the left; DHW connection on the right).
Load shedding relay LR 1-A
