FAULT DIAGNOSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
REMEDIAL ACTION
Confirm the programming data:

CM05 Y=0.
After confirmation of CM05, reset

the system (Push the SW1 of MP).
Check to see if the SENSE switch is

set as per the AP Number (04-15,
20-31) assigned by CM05 Y=0.
Reset the MB switch.

If the fault cannot be cleared,

replace the card.
Confirm the programming data:

CM06 Y=10
Confirm if the corresponding CSI
2
card is removed.
If the fault cannot be cleared,

replace the card.
Search for a line fault by CMB0
1
Y=1 or CMF5 Y=0.
Check to see if the trunk line is

faulty.
Search for a line fault by CMB0
1
Y=1 or CMF5 Y=0.
Check to see if the trunk line is

faulty.
