Reset the MB switch.

Check to see if the cable between

DAID and DAIE is correctly con-
nected.
Reset the MB switch.

Check to see if the cable between

DAIF cards is correctly connected.
Check to see if the cable between DAIF
cards (sending side) is correctly con-
nected.
Check to see if the cable between DAID
and DAIE is correctly connected.
