    IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION HOSE & REGULATOR ASSEMBLY AND REPLACEMENT 1. This fire table comes equipped with a standard LP gas hose and regulator including the appliance side connection for a CGA No 791 Cylinder Connection Device. The LP gas hose and regulator supplied with this fire table must be used. Only a hose and regulator specified by manufacturer can be used for replacement.

    Assembly CONNECTING THE SIDE PANELS Place the table top (B) upside down on a soft surface. Attach the right side panel (E) and left side panel (C) to the table top (B) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA). Do not tighten the bolts at this step. NOTE: Pay attention to the direction of control knob, it must place as below direction shown.
  • Page 10 Assembly (continued) CONNECTING THE BACK PANEL Attach the back panel (F) to the table top (B) using M6X40 combination bolts (CC). Do not tighten the bolts at this step. NOTE: loosely tighten all the bolts using hex wrench (FF).

  • Page 12 Assembly (continued) CONNECTING THE TANK SUPPORT Attach the tank support (G) to the left side panel and right side panel (C&E) using M6X25 combination bolts (BB). Do not tighten the bolts at this step. NOTE: loosely tighten all the bolts using hex wrench (FF).
  • Page 13 Assembly (continued) CONNECTING THE DOOR Insert the door (D) to the left side panel (C) using an M6X12 countersunk bolt (DD) and plastic washers (EE), as shown below.   • Page 14 Assembly (continued) CHECK THE TABLE AND PLACE THE LAVA ROCKS Once all of the bolts are in place, fully tighten all the bolts using the hex wrench (FF). Turn the assembled re table right side up and ensure that all connections are secure. Place the lava rocks (I) into the square burner bowl (J).
  • Page 15 Assembly (continued) PLACE THE BURNER LID Place the burner lid (A) over the square burner bowl (J). Make sure to remove the burner lid before lighting. Do not place the lid back onto burner bowl until it has cooled down. FOR YOUR SAFETY: Surfaces of re table can remain extremely hot for a period after use.

    Operation INSERT THE BATERRY AND CONTROL KNOB Insert the AAA battery (GG) and control knob (N) into the electric igniter (M) and twist the button cover on to igniter housing. Do not over tighten. CAUTION: Do not put batteries into the re or trash. Please treat batteries as hazardous waste and recycle properly.
  • Page 17 Operation (continued) INSTALLING LP GAS TANK To operate, you will need one precision- lled standard grill LP gas tank with external valve threads. Loosen LP gas tank retainer bolt by turning counter-clockwise. Please precision- lled LP gas tank upright into hole in outdoor re table base so the tank value is facing the gas line connection. Secure tank by turning LP gas tank retainer bolt clockwise until tight.
  • Page 18 Operation (continued) CONNECTING LP GAS TANK Before connecting, be sure there is no debris caught in the head of the LP gas tank, head of the regulator valve or in the head of the burner ports. Connect the regulator/hose assembly to tank by turning knob clockwise until it stops.
  • Page 19 Operation (continued) DISCONNECTING LP GAS TANK Before disconnecting make sure the LP gas tank valve is “CLOSED”. Disconnect regulator/hose assembly from LP gas by turning knob conter-clockwise until it is loose. Place the protective cap cover on the LP gas tank and store it outdoors in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. NOTE: LP gas tank must be properly disconnected and removed prior to moving this re table.
  • Page 20 Operation (continued) CHECKING FOR LEAKS AND BURNER CONNECTIONS Before using this outdoor re table, make sure you have read, understand and are following all information provided in the “important safety information” section on page 2 to 6. Failure to follow those instructions can serious, injury or property cause death, damage. Make sure the regulator/hose and valve connections are securely fastened to the burner and the tank.
  • Page 21 Operation (continued) TANK/GAS LINE CONNECTION LEAK TEST Make 2-3oz of leak detection solution by mixing one part liquid dishwashing soap with three parts water. Make sure the control knob is in the “OFF” position. Connect LP gas tank per “CONNECTING LP GAS TANK” section. Turn LP gas tank valve to “OPEN”.

CAUTION: Do NOT obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air. CAUTION: Check and clean burner/venturi tubes for insects and insect nests.
