Page 5: Using Your Toaster
Before using, wipe outside of toaster with a damp soapy cloth, and then dry thoroughly. Operate the toaster the first time without any food in the toaster slots and with the browning setting set to the darkest setting. This will eliminate any residual manufacturing oils. -

Note: Failure to clean crumb tray may result in fire hazard. Do not attempt to dislodge food when toaster is plugged in. Unplug toaster from outlet and allow to cool before cleaning. Slide crumb tray out from under toaster, empty and wipe clean with damp cloth if necessary. -

Avant d’utiliser le grille-pain, nettoyez ses surfaces extérieures avec un chiffon humide et essuyez bien. Remarque: Nettoyez régulièrement le plateau ramasse-miettes sous peine de déclencher un incendie. N’essayez pas de déloger des aliments coincés avec le grille-pain branché. Antes de usar el tostador limpie el exterior del mismo con un paño con agua y detergente, luego séquelo totalmente. Haga funcionar el tostador por primera vez sin alimentos en sus ranuras y con el ajuste de dorado en su posición máxima (la más oscura). -

Nota: El no limpiar la bandeja para migas puede causar peligro de incendio. No retire el alimento cuando el tostador esté enchufado. Desenchufe el cable eléctrico del tomacorriente y deje que el tostador se enfríe antes de limpiarlo. Deslice la bandeja para migas a fin de retirarla de la parte inferior del tostador, vacíela y límpiela con un paño húmedo si es necesario. -
