Rear rack installation manual
This manual will instruct you on how to assemble your LEKKER rear
carrier on your Amsterdam+ or AmsterdamGT Ebike. The tools you need
are ​ a llen keys sizes 4mm and 5mm​ and a ​ c rosshead​ ​ s crewdriver.
Step 1
Loosen the two screws on each
size to extend the base connector
of the carrier and tighten the screws
again on the maximum length
setting. This adjusts the carrier for a
perfect fit on your LEKKER bike.

  • Page 3 Step 4 To insert this screw, you have to apply some force, preferably using a stable surface, to fit the screw through the slightly narrow hole. You may also use an electrical drill ​ ( 6/6.5mm)​ to slightly widen the hole (see picture below).
  • Page 4 Step 5 Make sure you positioned the screws on both sides of the rack as in the picture before you proceed. Step 6 Now we can screw the rear carrier back to the frame. Use the holes where we removed the bolts from in step 2.
  • Page 5 Step 7 Now that the base of the carrier is fixed to the frame, it can be stabilized and brought into its final position. Start by removing the bolt that holds the middle of the rear fender. Then use this same bolt to attach the plate that will hold the stays / legs of the rack.
  • Page 6 (see picture). Congratulations, you have successfully attached your rear carrier to your LEKKER bike! In case you would like to attach a LEKKER carrier bag to the rear carrier, you can proceed to the next page.
  • Page 7 Optional extra: Toppeak Pannier This short manual will guide you through the attachment of your LEKKER carrier bag to the new rear carrier! Simply hook the bag onto the side of the rear carrier as shown on the picture to the right. You should hear (and feel) a clicking once this is done successfully.
