  • Page 4 EDGER SAFETY WARNING: Inspect the area to be edged before each use. Remove objects (rocks, broken glass, nails, wire, etc.) which can be thrown by the blade or can wrap around the shaft. S Blade rotates momentarily after the trigger is released.

    Before operation, gasoline must be mixed with a good quality synthetic 2-cycle air-cooled engine oil designed to be mixed at a ratio of 40:1. Poulan/Weed Eater brand synthetic oil is recommended.     Fuel stabilizer is an acceptable alternative in minimizing the formation of fuel gum deposits during storage. Add stabilizer to the gasoline in the fuel tank or fuel storage container.
