Adjustable handlebar stem installation manual

This manual will instruct you on how to install the adjustable handlebar accessory on your

Amsterdam+ or Amsterdam GT. For this job you will need A llen keys with the sizes 3, 4, and 5 mm.

Step 1

In the next 4 steps we

will show you how to

remove the existing

handlebar stem.

First, use a 4 mm

allen key to loosen

and remove the four

bolts that are located

on the front plate of

the mounted

handlebar stem. This

will allow you to take

the handlebar off.

Page 5 Step 8 With the handlebar stem in a stable position, it is now time to re-attach the handlebar. For this, use the 4 mm allen key to remove the four bolts on the front plate of the stem (see step 1). Check if the handlebar has the desired angle, then attach the handlebar and tighten those bolts to 5Nm.
Page 6 The bolts on the breaks can be loosened using a 5 mm allen key. If your bike has a gear shifter, you can loosen its bolt using a 3 mm allen key. Congratulations, you have successfully assembled the adjustable handlebar stem for your LEKKER bike!
