Electrical Connection
• Connect the power adaptor to the Massage Mat with a
power supply cable.
• Plug the adaptor into a properly installed 230V~ 50Hz
socket. The display on the remote control is activated.
NOTE: 12V Adaptor
• Connect the 12V adaptor to the Massage Mat with a
power supply cable.
• Plug the adaptor into a 12V socket.
On/Off
The appliance is operated via a remote control.
• POWER button: Turns the Massage function on and off.
• HEAT button: Turns the Heat function on and off.
Automatic Turn-Off function
The appliance has an automatic turn-off function after
30 minutes. It functions differently for the two operating modes
(Massage / Heat).
• In pure Massage mode, the remaining time is indicated on
the display by "TIME".
• If Heat is activated separately, the remaining time is not
displayed.
• If the Heat function is activated later during Massage, the
Heat function will only be available for the remaining mas-
sage time.
• If the Massage function is activated after the Heat function,
the Heat function switches off at the same time as the
massage. i.e. the total running time up to automatic turn-off
is the sum of the running time of the Heat function plus 30
minutes massage time.
User Instructions
NOTE:
• The massage should be comfortable and without pain.
When experiencing discomfort or pain, stop operation
immediately.
• Do not use the appliance
- shortly before going to bed. The massage has a
stimulating effect and so may cause restlessness.
- for longer than 30 minutes. You can repeat the mas-
sage several times per day. Take rest breaks of at
least 60 minutes between massages.
• Position yourself on the Massage Mat.
• Use the POWER button to turn on the appliance.
NOTE:
The appliance starts the first Massage program in the
"MODE 0" setting.
• Choose between 8 different massage programs ("MODE 0"
to "MODE 7"). The 6 massage zones are activated in vary-
ing sequences, intensity and rhythms. Select by pressing
the MODE button on the remote control.
• Press the HEAT button on the remote control to activate the
Heat function on the massage mat.
CAUTION:
People who are sensitive to heat must take particular
care when using the appliance.
NOTE:
• You can turn the Heat function on and off at any time
regardless of the Massage function.
• The activated Heat function is indicated on the display
by the
symbol.
• Turn off the appliance after use.
• Unplug the mains plug (or the adaptor) from the mains
outlet.

Cleaning and Storage

WARNING:
• Before cleaning, always unplug the mains plug (or the
adapter) from the mains outlet!
• Under no circumstances should you immerse the device
in water for cleaning purposes. Otherwise this might result
in an electric shock or fire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
• Use a clothes brush to remove fluff.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to remove marks. If necessary,
only use a neutral cleaning agent.
• Only use the Massage Mat again when it is completely dry.
• Store in a cardboard box. Keep the appliance in a dry place.
