    Before entering a spa, the user should measure the water temperature with an accurate thermometer, since the tolerances of water temper- ature regulating devices vary. The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication, before or during spa use, may lead to unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning. Persons suffering from obesity or with a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulation system problems, or diabetes should consult a physician before using a spa.

The site should allow for drainage away from the equipment compartment in which the elec- trical components are housed.
