Operation

to the menu of the selected function.
When cooking with steam, the cooking
duration does not begin until the set
required temperature is reached.
The steam reduction function will
switch on at the end of a cooking
programme which used a temperature
of over approx. 80 °C (steam cooking)
or 80–100 °C and 100 % moisture
(combination cooking).
