Use the [1 ] – [7 ] buttons to select the desired function.
For information about the assignable functions, refer to the Reference Manual
on the website.

Press the [EXIT] button to close the Assign pop-up display.

To select the part to which the assigned function will be
applied, use the [1 ] – [7 ] buttons.
When the function (such as Volume or Balance) which can do detailed setting
individually is selected, Detail Setting appears at the bottom left corner of the
display. For details, refer to the Reference Manual on the website.

Set up the other Knob Assign Type by repeating steps 2 – 6.
The selected Assign Types for knobs will be reset when the power is turned off;
however, these can be conveniently saved to Registration Memory (page 84).

Rotate the LIVE CONTROL knobs to control the sound while
playing the keyboard, or playing back the Style, etc.
When you rotate the knobs, the current status of the knobs is shown on the
notice pop-up display. For details, refer to the Reference Manual on the website.

NOTE
The Style Retrigger function is applied
only to the Main section of the Style.
NOTE
Depending on the panel settings or
how you move the knob, you may not
notice any change to the parameter
value or the knob may not work prop-
erly, even if you rotate it.
NOTE
Using the [4 ]/[8 ] (Reset)
buttons resets the selected function's
parameter value to the default, while
using the [8 ] (Reset Value) but-
tons reset all assignable functions'
parameter values.
Knob 2
Reverb
Adjusts the Reverb depth.
You can also apply this only to a specified target.
Rotating the knob to the right makes it deeper.
Release
Adjusts the length of time until the RIGHT 1 and
2 parts decay to silence after the key is released.
Rotating the knob to the right increases it.
Balance
Adjusts the volume balance between the specified
parts and other parts. For example, you can con-
trol the input volume from the [MIC INPUT] /
[AUX IN] jack for adjusting the volume balance
with the other parts. For details, refer to the Refer-
ence Manual on the website.
