Setting the Select Code.
1. Remove the multiplexer card from the controller or expander and place it on
a static-free surface.

If this is the first (or only) 4-Channel Multiplexer Interface
you are installing, you can skip now to the next configuration
function. The select code is preset to 13 and need not be
changed.
2. Find the group of eight switches on the interface by referring to Figure 10-7.
Switches 4 through 8 in this group determine the select code.
