"Fault no.: 320"
Possible cause:
Voltage at output is unstable.
Remedy:
1. Check battery voltage. (12 V or 24 V).
2. Replace battery if battery voltage differs.
DANGER - Risk of electric shock from live
parts. Observe the electrical engineering safety
regulations.
3. Check the voltage at the measuring points U
and GNDA on the power module using the correct
battery voltage from a battery with 12 V (see sec.
5.6).
 The voltage must be 0.85 V +/- 0.007 V.
4. Check the voltage at the measuring points U
and GNDA on the power module using the correct
battery voltage from a battery with 24 V (see sec.
5.6).
 The voltage must be 1.7 V +/- 0.007 V.
5. Replace power module if U
"Fault no.: 330"
Possible cause:
Current above allowed maximum value.
Solution:

Replace power module.
"Fault no.: 340"
Possible cause:
No current flowing despite request from controller.
Remedy:

Replace power module.
"Fault no.: 350"
Possible cause:
The charging current requested by the controller is not
supplied.
Remedy:

Replace power module.

"Fault no.: 360"
Possible cause:
Temperature in BAT 645 is above the maximum value.
Remedy:
1. Switch off BAT 645 and allow to cool down.
2. Check ambient temperature.

The ambient temperature must not exceed 45 °C.
3. Clean fan opening on the side wall of the BAT 645.
4. Clean cooling fins on the power module.
5. Replace power module.
"Fault no.: 370"
Possible cause:
Temperature in BAT 645 is below the minimum value.
Remedy:
1. Check ambient temperature.

The ambient temperature must not be below -5 °C.
2. Replace power module if the ambient temperature is
in the normal range.
"Fault no.: 390"
Possible cause:
General hardware fault.
Remedy:
1. Disconnect BAT 645 from power and restart
charging attempt with correct parameters.
2. Replace power module.
