The Vialta VISTAFRAME VF-100 Series screen may be blank despite the power light being on due to the power-saving mode. The device has a motion sensor that wakes it from power-saving mode when movement is detected. Try waving your hand 4-6 inches in front of the sensor or pressing any button to wake it up. If the issue persists, check the brightness settings or ensure a compatible memory card with supported JPEG files is inserted.
