The only areas of the venting system that need to be sealed with high temperature silicone sealant are the sliding joints of any telescopic vent section used in the system.

It may be necessary to first position the fireplace and measure to obtain hole location. Depending on whether the wall is combustible or noncombustible, cut opening to size.

    LDVT Series Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Installation of Logs, Lava Rock & Ember Material The logs are fragile and should be handled with care. Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children and dispose of the material in a safe manner. The individual logs can be easily identified by the numbers cast on the underside of each log.
