Solution
• After providing the power again, press the
Power button with the control panel of
Main Washer or the remote control.
• For safety reasons, the drawer may not
open when the washing machine is at
a high temperature inside. This is not a
malfunction, and the drawer will open
after a period of time.
• When pressing the Start/Pause button
during washing, the drawer is unlocked
after drainage for safety.
• Stop washing machine, check drum for
foreign objects. If noise continues after
washing machine is restarted, call for
service.
• If sound continues, wash load is probably
out of balance. Stop and redistribute wash
load.
• Pause the cycle and redistribute the load
after the door unlocks.
• Remove packing materials.
• Pause the cycle and redistribute the load
after the door unlocks.
• See Leveling the Appliance in the
Installation section.
• Make sure that the floor is solid and does
not flex.
• Check all fill and drain hose connections
to ensure that they are tight and secure.
• Reduce the amount of detergent for
lightly soiled laundry. If you use too much
detergent, excessive bubbles will remain
after rinsing.
