Problem Solving
Possible Causes
Water supply turned off.
Latching valve installed backwards.
Latching valve cable damaged or
latching cable unplugged.
Latching valve faulty.
Sensor not activating.
Not sensing user
Sensor duration time set incorrectly.
Sensor duration time set incorrectly.
Wrong ceiling position
Faulty GPO or household fuse
Faulty power supply
Sensor cable wires crossed.
Reversed valve polarity
Valve diaphragm split
latching valve faulty
False activation.
Sensor not activating.
Power turned off.
Damaged sensor
Sensor lens blocked.
Faulty sensor.
Suggested Action
Check water supply, turn on tap.
Reinstall latching valve correctly.
Check cable and replug into sensor
circuit board.
Replace latching valve.
Check sensor as below.
Must be visible for 5 sec, or more
Reset flush dial to a lower number

Reposition sensor.

Contact an electrician
Replace power pack
Uncross latching wire connection.
