13. Calibration
13.1
Internal refrigerant cylinder scales

Detach the rear panel and remove the refrigerant
cylinder from the scales.
i
It is not necessary to detach the lines from the refrig-
erant cylinder. If you want to detach the hoses, close
the valves on the hoses and on the cylinder.
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <3> and <Flush> simultaneously and release.
The message
ENTER CODE 0000
3. Enter the value 1111 and confirm with E.
4. Select "TANK CALIBRATION" and confirm with
ENTER.
The display shows
ZERO CALIBRATION
5. With an empty weighing plate, enter the figure 00.00
and confirm with E .
The display shows
WEIGHT CALIBRATION
6. Place the calibration weight on the weighing tray (a
value of between 10 kg and 20 kg is recommended).
7. Enter the calibration weight value and confirm with
E.
"
The menu containing the functions appears on the
display again.

Fresh oil bottle scales

According to the display, the calibration weight must
be entered in ml. However, we recommend enter-
ing the weight in grams. Because of the density of
1.0 kg/m³ 250 g corresponds to a value of 250 ml.
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <3> and <Flush> simultaneously and release.
The message
ENTER CODE 0000
3. Enter the value 1111 and confirm with E.
4. Select "IN OIL CALIBRATION" and confirm with E .
The display shows
ZERO CALIBRATION
5. Remove the fresh oil bottle
6. Enter the figure 00.00 and confirm with E.
The display shows
WEIGHT CALIBRATION
7. Attach the calibrating weight
8. Enter the calibration weight value and confirm with
E.
"
The menu containing the functions appears on the
display again.

Return with <Stop>.

The fresh oil scales can also be calibrated without a
calibration weight by filling the fresh oil bottle with
oil and entering the exact measured total weight of
the fresh oil bottle.
