    4. MONTAGEANLEITUNG Schritt 1 Nehmen Sie die Hantelstange und wählen Sie die Seite, mit der Sie beginnen möchten. Schritt 2 Bringen Sie die 2.5kg Hantelplatten (größere Platten) an. Schritt 3 Bringen Sie dann die 1.25kg Hantelplatten (kleinere Platten) an. Schritt 4 Befestigen Sie die Platten sicher durch den Stern-Verschluss.

  • Page 17 4. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Step 1 Take the handle bar and choose one side of the handle to start with. Step 2 Slide the 2.5kg plate (bigger plate) in. Step 3 Slide the 1.25kg plate (smaller plate) in. Step 4 Lock the plates securely by the star collar. Step 5 Follow the same procedure to lock the plates at the other side of the handle.

    4. INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN Paso 1 Tome el manillar y elija un lado para comenzar. Paso 2 Deslice la placa de 2,5 kg (placa más grande). Paso 3 Deslice la placa de 1,25 kg (placa más pequeña). Paso 4 Asegure las placas de forma segura con las anillas de rosca. Paso 5 Siga el mismo procedimiento para bloquear las placas en el otro lado del mango.

Étape 3 Faites glisser la plaque de 1,25 kg (la petite plaque).
