12) After making sure that LED5 [3] (red) has gone on, set the bits of the DIP switch [1]
(SW2) on the PCB as indicated in the table; then, press the push switch [2] (SW4).
A press on the push switch [2] (SW4) will cause LED5 [3] (red) to go off, indicating that
the RAM has been initialized.
