4) Place the handset on the base. Be sure there is sufficient space to raise the base antenna to a vertical position. NOTE: Use only the Uniden Battery (BT-905) supplied with your phone. Replacement batteries are also available through the Uniden Parts Department. -

One-touch RocketDial Your phone is equipped with “One-touch RocketDial” for instant dialing. It is used to dial the phone number stored in memory location 1. (See “Storing a Phone Number in Memory”.) To instantly dial the phone number stored in memory location 1, simply press RocketDial. -

If your EXP2240 Series cordless telephone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps. NOTE: Do not attempt to service this unit yourself. Servicing must be performed by qualified personnel. Symptom The status LED won’t illuminate when the handset is placed in the base. -
