Solving Problems

Try...
-
Checking the telephone cord connection.
-
Disconnecting the base AC adapter. Wait a few
minutes, then reconnect it.

Moving the handset closer to the base.
-
Resetting the handset.
-
Making sure the ringer is turned on.
-
Making sure Do Not Disturb is turned off.
-
Making sure you are using the corded handset on the
base.
-
Checking the telephone cord connection.
-
Charging the battery for 15-20 hours.
-
Checking the battery pack connection.
-
Checking the battery pack connection.
-
Charging the battery for 15-20 hours.
-
Resetting the handset.
-
Moving the handset closer to the base.

Seeing if another station has Privacy Mode on.

Making sure the base is plugged in.

Letting incoming calls ring at least twice before
answering.

Seeing if the call was placed through a switchboard.

Checking with your telephone service provider to
make sure your Caller ID service is active.

You may have to change the line mode. Contact
customer service for more information.

Making sure TTS (Text-To-Speech) is turned on.

Increasing the ringer volume so the CID
announcements are louder.

Resetting all the handsets.

Making sure both handsets are registered to this
base.
