    Die Firma “columbus” freut sich, Sie unter die neuen Eigentümer einer Kehrmaschine zählen zu dürfen, aus der Serie AKS 70|BM 62. Wenn Sie sich an die im Folgenden aufgeführten Anweisungen halten, werden Sie voll und ganz mit der Leistung von AKS 70|BM 62 zufrieden sein.

    Radblockierung entfernen und die Standbremse Detail 1 Abb. 2 auskuppeln, indem man sie drückt, bis der Sperrhebel einrastet. Beim Modell AKS 70|BM 62 genügt es nun, die Maschine auf der Rampe herunterzuschieben (darauf achten, dass sich vor der Maschine keine Personen befinden und eine genügend große und ebene Fläche frei ist).

    AKS 70|BM 62 UNZULÄSSIGE BETRIEBSBEDINGUNGEN: Die Kehrmaschinen der Baureihe AKS 70|BM 62 mit Standard-Steuereinheit dürfen nicht an Gefällen über 18% verwendet werden, während sie mit überdimensionierter Steuereinheit bis zu Gefällen von maximal 20% eingesetzt werden dürfen. Sie sind in Räumen, in denen explosive oder feuergefährliche Stoffe eingelagert sind, nicht zu benutzen.

    Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|BM 62 KAPITEL 7 – BESCHREIBUNG DER KEHRMASCHINE SCHUTZVORRICHTUNGEN: Abb. 3 zeigt die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen; diese müssen ordnungsgemäß montiert sein und sich in einwandfreiem Zustand befinden. Die Maschine darf auf keinen Fall verwendet werden, wenn auch nur eine dieser Sicherheitsvorrichtungen fehlt oder beschädigt ist. Daher werden diese Vorrichtungen nachstehend beschrieben.

LEERLAUF: Mit Schalter Teiil 1 des Steuerpults in Neutralstellung ist die Maschine auf Leerlauf geschaltet. STOPPEN: Den Schalter Teil 5 des Steuerpults gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

  • Page 18 INTENDED USE: The AKS 70|BM 62 motor sweepers have been built to clean the residues left by machining operations, dust, dirt in general, from all flat, hard and not excessively uneven surfaces like: concrete, asphalt, stoneware, ceramic, wood, metal, marble, rubber or plastic covering, both rusticated and smooth, synthetic or short-pile carpeting, in open or closed premises.

Its purpose is to clean edges, corners and profiles. After cleaning, this must be disengaged (raised) to prevent raising dust and because the cleaning effect of the side brush is inferior to that of the central brush.

Au cas où il y en aurait, les éliminer afin de ne pas abîmer la machine ou, dans le cas de fils électriques en tension, pour ne pas couvrir de risques d'électrocution.

Toutes les 50/80 heures d'utilisation où plus souvent si la machine effectue un travail particulièrement lourd, vérifier la condition du balai central.
