Final Test Specifications for Smart phones
1. Scope of Application:
Global Service documents and Guidelines for Micromax authorized Service Vendors.
This Document is valid for L1/L2/L3 ASC
2. Introduction:
The Final test has to be performed as a repair quality inspection after L1/L2/L3 service activities.
All tests have to be done in an easy usable way to get a simple result if function works or not
(OK/Not OK). These are minimum requirements with/without refurbishments.
2.1 Visual Inspection:
 Check surface cover have bad appearance such as scratch, off paint, spraying oil phenomenon, whether
there is leakage processing accessories.
 Check whether there is any white dots on LCD screen, fiber, cut, such as screen, offset appearance is
OK or not.
 Check whether there is scratch, crack, or sump shell steps such as unhealthy phenomenon appearance.
 Check whether there is any deformation on the USB interface, jack offset.
 Dual SIM Cards, T card, battery shrapnel or block slice deformation without scratches.
 Check whether battery label, IMEI label stick as required
 Check the machine whether match wrong cover, as well as the color difference phenomenon, Open
and close the battery cover and check whether the cover is too slack or tighten.
 Check earphone, USB cable and charger cosmetic are OK.
