General information ISTRUCTIONS FOR USE MUST BE READ AND KEPT These instructions for use are an integral parte of the SKIROAD skates(just “skates" from here on). They contain important information relating to use and maintenance. Before using the skates, read the instructions for use carefully, especially the safety notes.
Safety Intended use The skates are designed exclusively for private use. This means that the skates must be used only as an amateur sport activity, not as professional use or as acrobatic skates for roller hockey or competition. Using skates carries a relatively high risk of injury. Therefore users must wear appropriate protective clothing, when using the skates.
DANGER of injury! Use not in accordance with the intended use could cause damage to the skates. - If the user is a child, supervision is necessary while using the skates. - Users must be familiar with the safety instructions before first use. - Users must be safe on in line skates and know how to brake.
Danger of damage! - Improper use can damage the skates. - The pads must be used only on flat, clean and dry surfaces, which are also free of obstacles such as stones and branches. Make sure never to place the skates on or near hot surfaces such as stove. - The pads must no longer be used if their plastic components are cracked or cracked, or if they have become deformed.

Some models of SKIROAD skates are not equipped with a brake. To use these models it is necessary to know well the skating technique and to be able to brake without using the brake. This type of technique means advanced skills that cannot be taught here.
