Amplifier considerations Turbosound speaker enclosures should be driven by high quality power amplifiers designed for true professional use. Such amplifiers will have balanced inputs, DC and RF fault protection, and well-designed cooling systems for reliability. Turbosound power amplifiers such as the TMC- T1000 are available and recommended for this purpose.

This allows the majority of live sound applications to be covered with enclosures placed individually to take advantage of this performance feature, for example either side of a stage in a pub or small club environment as shown below.

If any of the drive units in your TL series cabinet should cease functioning and need a replacement recone or diaphragm, you are advised to remove the faulty unit from the cabinet and send it to a professional service centre authorised to recone and repair Turbosound loudspeakers. The recommended thread-locking compound is Loctite 222.
