7. Test run
Wired remote controller
PLEASE WAIT
PLEASE WAIT Error code
Display messages do not appear
even when operation switch is
turned ON
(operation lamp does not light up).
On the wireless remote controller with condition above, following phenomena take place.
Note:
For description of each LED (LED1, 2, 3) provided on the indoor controller, refer to page 13.

Refer to the outdoor unit installation manual.
Symptom
LED 1, 2 (PCB in outdoor unit)
For about 2 minutes After LED 1, 2 are lit, LED 2 is turned off,
after power-on then only LED 1 is lit. (Correct operation)
Only LED 1 is lit.
Subsequent to
about 2 minutes
after power-on
Only LED 1 is lit.
LED 2 blinks once.
A Water supply pump

C Drain plug
D Pour water through outlet
Be careful not to spray water into
the drain pump mechanism.
For about 2 minutes after power-on, operation of the remote
controller is not possible due to system start-up. (Correct
operation)
Connector for the outdoor unit's protection device is not con-
nected.
LED 1, 2 blink.
Reverse or open phase wiring for the outdoor unit's power
terminal block (L1, L2, L3)
Incorrect wiring between indoor and outdoor units (incorrect
LED 1 blinks twice,
polarity of S1, S2, S3)
Remote controller wire short
from joints.
When electric work is completed.
When electric work is not completed.
turned on to S1 and S2 on terminal block after the connector (SWE) on controller
board in the electrical box is set to ON.
Be sure to turn it back to the former state after work.
