- Page 3 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Remove original screw and clip from the mounting location in the monitor using a Phillips screwdriver. STEP 2 Insert the VESA adapter (A) into the monitor, and secure with the M3x11 screw (B). STEP 3 Mount the adapter with monitor to your VESA mount using M4x12mm thumbscrews (C) with M4 washer (D).
