Before removing the touchpad, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly
2. Remove the bottom cover

Remove the touchpad:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (1).
2. Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (2) that secure the touchpad bracket to the computer, lift
the tape off the bracket (3), and then remove the bracket (4).
3. Lift the tape that covers the screws on the top of the touchpad (5).
4. Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (6) that secure the touchpad to the computer, and then
remove the touchpad (7).
Reverse this procedure to install the touchpad.
