    Your mower is a precision piece of power equipment, not a play thing. Therefore, exercise ex- treme caution at all times. It is suggested that this manual be read in its entirety before attempting to assemble or oper- ate. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference and for ordering replacement parts. This unit is shipped WITHOUT GASOLINE or OIL.

    FOR THE BEST RESULTS WHEN MULCHING: Clear lawn of debris. Be sure that the lawn is clear of stones, sticks, wire or other foreign objects which could damage the lawnmower. Such objects could be accidentally thrown out by the mower in any direction and cause serious personal injury to the operator and others as well as damage to property and surrounding objects.

    Lower Handle Figure 10 • Remove the hairpin clips from the weld pins on the handle brackets. Press out on the legs of the lower handle. Remove lower han- dle from the mower. • Turn the lower handle around so the notch on the bottom of the lower handle is facing forward as shown in Figure 10.

    CAUTION: Cutting grass in sandy soil condition causes abrasive wear to the blades. After prolonged use, especially in sandy soil conditions, the blade will become worn and lose some of the original shape. Cutting effi- ciently will be reduced and the blade should be replaced.

    THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY For three (3) years from the date of original purchase of our products, we will either repair or replace, at its option, free of charge, F.O.B.
