Call waiting

During an active call further incoming calls appear in a green window
on the display and an orange blinking session button
on the right.
By pressing the session button
you will be connected with the
incoming call and the fi rst call will automatically be placed on hold.
Mute microphone
Press the mute key
to activate/deactivate the mute function.
When active the mute key lights up red.
Hold a call
1. Press the hold key
. Calls on hold are shown by the Call on
hold symbol
and a green blinking line button.
2. You can retrieve the selected call by pressing the green blinking
session button
or the Resume softkey
select button (in the middle of the navigation pad).

Forward all calls

1. Press the Forward All softkey
.
2. Enter a number or choose a number from the call log to which to
forward all calls, or press the messages key
voice-mail).
3. Make sure the display shows the call forwarding enabled
symbol
.
4. Press the Forward Off softkey
to deactivicate
forwarding.

Multi-Party Conference

1. During a call (excl. calls on hold)
press the
conference key
.
2. Initiate a new call.
3. Press the conference key or the Conference softkey
(before or after the party called answers the call).
You can now begin with the conference. In place of the caller ID the
display now shows you are in a conference.
