V. DISASSEMBLY, CLEANING
AN D REASSE MBLY
M P ORTANT I Before doing any maintenance task, check the
pumping conditions of the ,Installation

5.1 DISASSEMBLING MOTOR-PUMP ASSE MBLY

5.2 DISASSEMBLING MOVING PARTS

- Remove base (3) by unscrewing screw (A).
- Rotate fan (9) u ntil set screw (F) can be u n screwed from bottom of

Remove fa n coupling (9) and splln& (1 9).
- Remove felt (1 1) and throw it.
- Unscrew screw (B) and remove retaining bracket
Remove i nlet plate (1 00), filter (29), and exhaust plate ( 1
- Remove valve cover (60) by unscrewing screws (E).
Remove valve springs (61 ) and valves (57) ( 1 004 A Pump
