    Hex code (via rs232) protocol for control of external systems. Housed in a milled billet aluminum case, the dve10vr2 monitor is light weight and water- tight, with military-grade connectors. Front-mounted controls makes this rugged outdoor video monitor user-friendly.

    PRoDUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE PRoDUCT CARE This dve10vr2 display is designed to provide optimum performance and service without any required scheduled maintenance other than occasional cleaning. prior to use, remove the protective film from the display screen. DISPLAY SCREEN CLEANING The display screen is a glass-based product.

    ShIPPING boX The dve10vr2 is shipped in custom packaging. The installer should save the box and all packaging materials in case the display would need to be returned to the dse service Center.

    INSTALLATIoN The dve10vr2 may be mounted in three configurations, decided at time of order: with a universal ball-and-socket mounting kit, in a Flat panel or optional Flush mount configuration. oPTIoNAL PEDESTAL MoUNT Optional is a ram® universal ball-and-socket system mounting kit (Figure 1). by installing the display with this kit, user can adjust the viewing angle to improve viewability in chang- ing environments.

    PRoGRAMMAbLE bUTToNS a unique feature of the dve10vr2 is the series of programmable push buttons. These allow the user to quickly interface with other functions by designating these buttons as ‘shortcuts’ through specific protocol programming.
