The water heater shall enter a soft lockout condition if the error is such that it can return to normal operation once the condition relieves itself (overheat conditions, NTC open or shorts, etc.).

This information is available to view in the Installer Mode under the History screen. The following screens may be displayed when reviewing the water heater history.
