The power cables must be connected in such a manner that the power consumption of the rack
components does not exceed the maximum rated current of the circuit's fuse and the maximum
permissible current of the fuses in the power distribution unit in the rack.
Free sockets in the power distribution unit may not be used to connect other devices. The total
permissible current for a power distribution unit could be exceeded if other devices were connected.
