To connect the water supply
WARNING: Always use water when you
operate the product. Dry cutting causes
overheating and damage to the product and
the cutting blade. Risk of serious injury.
CAUTION: Use correct water pressure to
keep the cutting blade core and segments
cool when you cut. If the water hose comes
off at the supply source, the supplied water
pressure can be too high.
1. Connect the water hose to the water supply. Refer to
Technical data on page 28 for the lowest permitted
water flow.
2. Push the power trigger lockout to open the water
valve.
3. Adjust the water flow with your thumb during the
operation.

Cutting depth
This product can cut a maximum depth of 325 mm/12.8
in (A).
The time to complete a cut is longer if you cut at the full
depth directly. It is faster to complete the cut if you cut
4-5 times until the depth is 325 mm/12.8 in.
To make a straight cut
1. Attach a long straight object as a support along the
line where the cut is to be made.
2. For the best result, cut first with a power cutter with a
Husqvarna special pre-cut blade.
WARNING: Do not use a power cutter
with a standard cutting blade for this first
cut. A standard cutting blade makes a
slot cut that is too thin. When you then
cut with the ring cutting blade, the too
thin slot causes dangerous kickback and
pinching of the ring cutting blade.
3. Cut the full length of the cut to a depth of 2-3 cm/
0.79-1.18 in. Keep the cutting blade against the
support to make the cut straight.
4. Lift the cutting blade from the cut.
