Trouble shooting
Fault
Excess foam has formed in
the detergent draw.
Your appliance vibrates.
No water appears in the
drum during washing.
Possible cause
Excessive amount of
detergent used.
Wrong detergent used.
The feet of your machine have
not been adjusted correctly.
Transportation screws have not
been removed.
Your machine is under-loaded
with laundry or laundry settled
unevenly.
Your machine is overloaded
with laundry or laundry settled
unevenly.
Your machine rests on a hard
surface.
No fault. Water is in the
unseen part of the drum.

Removing methods
Press the Start/pause button.
To eliminate foam formation,
mix a tablespoon of softener
with 500ml of water and
pour the mixture in the
detergent drawer. After 5 -
10 minutes, press the
Start/pause button again. For
the next washing operation,
use the correct amount of
detergent.
Use detergents produced
only for automatic washing
machines.
Adjust the feet on your
machine.
Remove transportation
screws.
This will not stop the
operation of your machine.
Do not overload the
appliance more than the
amount recommended and
settle the laundry in the
machine evenly.
Prevent your machine from
resting on hard surfaces.
