General product maintenance
Examine the safety straps for damage. Replace if it is
necessary.
Examine the vibration damping units for damage.
Make sure that the scrapers do not touch the drums. Ad-
just the clearance if it is necessary.
Fill the water tank with clean water.
Examine all rubber hoses and rubber elements for dam-
age. Replace if it is necessary.
Do a check of the hydraulic oil level.
Do a check of the battery.
Replace the oil in the eccentric element.
Examine and clean the hydraulic oil cooler.
Replace the hydraulic oil.
Engine maintenance
Do a check of the fuel level and the engine oil level.
Clean the cooling system of the engine.
Examine the air filter indicator. Clean the air filter if it is
necessary.
Replace the air filter.
Do a check of the water separator. Drain the water sepa-
rator if it is necessary.
Replace the engine oil.
Drain and clean the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter.
Adjust the valve head clearance for the air intake and the
exhaust valves.
Replace the oil filter.
Do a check of the fuel injection pump.
Do a check of the fuel injection nozzle.
Drain water from the fuel system.
To clean the product
CAUTION: Before you clean the product,
attach a plastic bag tightly around the fuel
tank cap. This is to make sure that water
does not go into the venthole in the fuel tank
cap.

• Use running water from a hose or a high-pressure
washer to clean the product.
CAUTION: Do not point the water
directly at the fuel tank cap, electrical
components or the engine.
• Remove grease and oil from the handle.
