Troubleshooting

No audio at the line output/s
Check all connections to the unit. For example, check that
corresponding inputs and outputs are routed to the same
channel. The front panel SIG led/s will light if any signal is
detected.
Check the setting of the sensitivity control. Turn clockwise to
increase the output level.
Check the input source selection indicated on the front panel
LEDs matches the actual desired source.
Check that the FNT button is set to the desired option. This
button should be lit to select a front audio source.
No audio at the monitor of headphone output/s
Check the monitor source selection indicated on the front
panel LEDs matches the actual desired source. Press the HP
LEVEL knob to cycles through the options.
Check the setting of the MONO button. In MONO mode, any
audio will be heard equally on left and right outputs.
Check the setting of the HP LEVEL control. Turn clockwise to
increase the output level.
No connection to the Dante Network
Make sure a CAT5/CAT6 cable is used to make the
connection
Check that the network switch is 1 gigabit and un-managed
Wait 25 seconds after making the physical connection
Check that DANTE LED is lit on the front of the unit.
No USB Connection
If using PC, ensure the correct drivers are installed. Drivers
can be found at

documentation.
Check the USB cable connection.
Open an audio application on the connected computer.
The USB connection requires an application to activate the
interface.
