. What about automating routine jobs?
I understand that an MFP has many more possibilities, but I'm worried that
in the long run I'll get tired of always having to go through the same settings
to achieve my goals. There has to be a simple and more time efficient way
of deciding the modes and procedures?
The e-STUDIO232/282 offer many multi-purpose templates for effectively automating
routine or complex tasks. Each template is a useful shortcut to getting jobs done
quickly and easily. As they all have the same basic interface, each operation is
smooth, intuitive and user-friendly, even though the functions you want to use are
different.
. What about replacing the toner cartridge?
Frequently having to replace the toner cartridge can be a troublesome and
costly process, and I was wondering if you have a solution resolving that
problem?
The e-STUDIO232/282 utilises an advanced toner recycling system that even removes
the need for the common waste toner bag. Improvements have also been made to
the life span of the toner cartridge. As a result, the frequent and troublesome process
of replacing the toner has been reduced substantially, and the waste toner bag has
become obsolete.
10. What about using special paper stock?
In our day-to-day work we deal with different types of paper, and we are
therefore looking for a digital copier that doesn't jam all the time when using
various thick papers and can also easily print onto envelopes. What kind of
solution do you offer?
The e-STUDIO232/282 supports the printing of address and logos on various
envelope formats as well as a large variety of special paper media like tab sheet
papers, transparencies, and thick paper formats up to 209g/m
