B - ACCESSORIES
B1 - MILLER MIGHTEVAC AND MILLER MIGHTEVAC BRACKET
INSTALLATION OF THE MILLER MIGHTEVAC BRACKET ON THE ARM
SYSTEM LEG (FIG. 7,8,14 & 15):
1. First slide the attachment swivel of the Miller MightEvac into the rear part of
the bracket.
2. Slide the Miller MightEvac into the front part of the bracket. Secure the Miller
MightEvac attachment swivel with the MightEvac Detent Pin into the rear part
of the bracket.
3. Insert the Mounting Fasteners through the lock washer and spacer into the
hole in the Miller MightEvac Bracket which aligns with a threaded hole in the
MightEvac unit. Tighten to 10±1 Nm. Repeat for opposite side.
INSTALLING OF MILLER MIGHTEVAC BRACKET ON THE DURAHOIST ARM
POST (Fig. 18,19 & 20):
1. Insert the Sleeve Detent Pin connected with longer lanyard through holes in the
Post
2. Slide the MightEvac Bracket on the DuraHoist Post - guide the groove in the
Bracket onto inserted Detent Pin.
3. Secure the Miller MightEvac Bracket on the DuraHoist Post using second
Detent Pin. Make sure that the pins are correctly locked.
B2 - DURAHOIST WINCH AND DURAHOIST WINCH BRACKET (Fig. 16,17 & 22)
Installation of the DuraHoist Winch onto the Winch Bracket:
1. Mount the DuraHoist Winch onto the bracket
2. Tighten the 4 fasteners provided to specific torque: 40±5 Nm.
INSTALLATION OF THE DURAHOIST WINCH BRACKET ON THE DURAHOIST
ARM POST:
1. Insert the Sleeve Detent Pin connected with longer lanyard through holes in the
Post
2. Slide the Winch Bracket on the DuraHoist Post - guide the groove in the Bracket
onto inserted Detent Pin
3. Secure the Winch Bracket on the DuraHoist Post using second Detent Pin.
Make sure that the pins are correctly locked.
B3 - DEVICES CABLE INSTALLATION (Fig. 21,23,24 & 25)
INSTALLATION OF THE DURAHOIST WINCH CABLE:
1. Insert cable through opening, over Plastic Roller and under metal bar
2. Pull cable through opening, stringing along mast arm
3. Remove Head Detent Pin pull cable over the Pulley and reinsert the Head
Detent Pin back.
INSTALLATION OF THE MILLER MIGHTEVAC CABLE:
1. Insert cable through opening in the DuraHoist Winch Bracket, over Bracket
Plastic Roller
2. Insert cable through opening, over Plastic Roller and under metal bar
3. Pull cable through opening, stringing along mast arm
4. Insert the Rope into the opening in the Head over two pulleys.
When both cables go over the Plastic Roller make sure each cable is in separate
groove.
