Instructions

Step 1

Swing out cross arms on side rails. Slotted
brackets should be at the head of the bed.

Step 3

Slide glides over the legs on the center rail.

Assembly Instructions
• Bolts - 8
• Nuts - 8
• Cross Rail - 2
• Plug Locks - 4

Step 2

Overlap side rails and connect with bolt and
nut. Tighten with 7/16" wrench and a screw-
driver. Repeat on other side.

Step 4

Slide end caps over the foot end of the side
rails.
